• Stall charges are exclusive of transport, travel, labour or accomodation charges.
• Exhibitors shall be responsible for the safety and insurance of their material and exhibits. Hazardous and flammable exhibits are not permitted.
• The stall panels should not be tampered with or damaged in anyway, either by painting, pasting stickers or nailing.
• The organizers have the right to refuse permission to any exhibitor to clear stall if any dues are outstanding.
